SPC RESIDENCY

Are you an entrepreneur who has always wanted your own shop? This program is designed to give you the opportunity to rent out part of Side Practice Coffee as your own.

As a resident, the maker will be able to dress up the counter and wall behind them. They are responsible for bringing in their own signage, display cases, square readers, etc. The shop can operate any day and time, just as long as it fits within SPC's open hours (Monday - Sunday, 8am-2pm).

Residencies are booked by a 2 or 4 week period:

• 2 weeks | $250

• 4 weeks | $500
